||Cosima Crawford, neé Blasy, joined NOMIS in 2016, to support the development of a new approach to funding breakthrough science. Cosima has worked in the field of science funding for more than eight years. Most of this time she spent in Vienna, employed as a researcher and science policy consultant to the Austrian government and the European Commission. In 2014-15, she worked in Geneva, where she advised the Global Vaccine Alliance (GAVI) on their preparations of a major donor conference under the auspices of the German G7 presidency.
Cosima holds a PhD in political science.
